Access & authentication
- Account access is protected by email/password sign-in or Google sign-in.
- Only you can view and manage your collected testimonial videos from your dashboard.
- Shared showcase and embed pages only display the videos you explicitly choose to make public.
Platform & hosting
1TapTestimonials runs on a managed cloud platform with encrypted data transmission, automated infrastructure patching, and isolated project-level resources. The platform provides the underlying authentication, database, and storage services; 1TapTestimonials configures the access controls and policies that govern how your data is used within the app.
Data collection & use
- We collect the testimonial videos your customers submit, plus the account and billing information you provide.
- Videos are used to let you review, download, and share testimonials on your own landing pages, ads, and showcase pages.
- We do not sell customer videos or use them for unrelated advertising or model training.
Cookies & analytics
We use the minimum cookies and analytics needed to keep the app running and to understand how visitors use the site. If you have a specific cookie or tracking concern, contact us and we can clarify what is currently enabled for your account.
Retention & deletion
Testimonial videos are retained as long as your account is active, unless you request deletion. When you delete a video from your dashboard, it is removed from active storage and sharing links stop working. If you need a video permanently removed or want to export your data, use the contact below.
